Description

Lightweight hoop earrings in a contemporary design - featuring a silver disc with contrasting inlaid heart motif. Each disc is hand cut from silver leather, then a second precision cut is made for the central heart-shaped aperture. A small heart, hand cut from either red, gold or magenta metallic leather, slots perfectly into place. The inlaid disc is glued and backed with another silver leather disc, giving it structure and durability. After the edges are smoothed and sealed with burnishing gum, holes are punched and the discs are threaded onto stainless steel hoops along with some silver-lined glass seed beads.
